This workshop introduces participants to the unconditional presence of sound as a way of integrating sound healing and meditation practices. We will explore the practices of mindfulness, lovingkindness, body awareness, and gratitude in a container of healing sound. We will be cultivating unconditional presence as a way to access meditative states of consciousness that provide healing, stress reduction, and increased selfawareness.
Presenters will offer various ways participants might incorporate these techniques into their work and lives that enhances the capacity for mental clarity, physical well-being, and emotional and spiritual happiness.
